What to include in your message
To help us respond quickly, please tell us:
- The email address you used to purchase (so we can find your order)
- Which plan you bought — Sheets template, Online tracker, or the bundle
- The payment provider (Stripe or Razorpay) and, if you have it, the order or payment ID
- A short description of what's happening, plus a screenshot if relevant
