Cancellation & Refund Policy

Short version: if you bought MyHabits.io and it's not what you expected, email support@myhabits.io within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no friction.
One-time purchases — no subscription to cancel
MyHabits.io products (Sheets template, Online tracker, Bundle) are sold as a one-time payment for lifetime access. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel. If you'd like us to delete your account and data after purchase, you can request that at any time by emailing support@myhabits.io.
Refund window
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, regardless of how much you've used the product. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@myhabits.io from the email address you used at checkout. Please include:
- The plan you purchased — Sheets template, Online tracker, or Bundle
- The payment provider (Stripe or Razorpay) and, if you have it, the order or payment ID
- A one-line note on why you're asking — not required, but it helps us improve
We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method you used to buy. Depending on your card issuer or bank, the amount usually appears in your account within 5–10 business days after we process it. For UPI / Razorpay payments in India, settlement back to the source account is typically faster — often 3–7 working days.
What happens to your access
Once a refund is processed, your access to the purchased product is revoked: your paid_plan entitlement is removed, the Sheets template share is closed, and any future-update entitlements end with it. Your basic account remains so you can sign in, but the tracker, Sheet, and PDF won't be available.
When refunds may be declined
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, in the absence of a genuine fulfilment problem.
- Evidence of payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to share or redistribute the product after a refund.
- The refund has already been processed for the same order.
Chargebacks
If you have any issue with a charge, please reach out to us first — refunding directly is faster than a chargeback and avoids penalty fees on both sides. We respond to all support emails within 48 hours.
Pricing errors
If a product is shown at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order before fulfilment and offer a full refund.
