Shipping & Delivery Policy

MyHabits.io is a fully digital product. There is nothing physical to ship. After a successful payment, your access is provisioned automatically and usually arrives within minutes.
What you receive
- Sheets template ($3.99): a Google Sheets habit tracker (you make your own copy), plus a printable PDF habit tracker (A4 + US Letter).
- Online tracker ($7.99): lifetime access to the web tracker at myhabits.io, with daily reminders, charts, and live streaks — plus the Sheets template and PDF above.
- Bundle: everything above, delivered to the same account.
How and when you receive it
Delivery is electronic, on the same device you bought from:
- After payment, our payment provider (Stripe or Razorpay) confirms the transaction and we issue a single-use signup link.
- You'll be redirected to a thank-you page where you create your password (or sign in with Google) using the email you used at checkout.
- Once your account is created, your dashboard at myhabits.io/dashboard.html shows the Sheets link and PDF download, and — if you bought tracker access — the online habit tracker is unlocked immediately.
Typical delivery time: instant — usually within 1–2 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases of webhook delay it can take up to 15 minutes.
What if I don't receive access?
If 30 minutes have passed and your dashboard still doesn't show your purchase, please email support@myhabits.io from the same email you used at checkout, and include:
- The payment provider (Stripe or Razorpay)
- The order or payment ID, if you have it
- The plan you bought
We'll verify the payment on our side and provision access manually — typically within a few business hours.
Devices & geography
MyHabits.io works on any modern browser — desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. There is no app to install. Because the product is digital, we deliver worldwide; no shipping address is collected.
Shipping charges
None. Since the product is digital, no shipping or handling charges apply. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay (plus any local taxes shown at checkout, where applicable).
