These Terms govern your access to and use of myhabits.io and the related habit-tracker products (the “Service”) operated by MyHabits.io (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

MyHabits.io sells one or more of the following one-time-purchase products:

Pricing on the site is shown in your selected region (USD internationally, INR in India) and is the price you'll be charged at checkout.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (international) and Razorpay (India). By submitting payment information, you authorise us and our processors to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. We never see or store your full card or banking details.

4. Licence to use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and successful payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the product you purchased for your own personal habit-tracking purposes.

5. Lifetime access

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the Service remains operational. We commit to making reasonable efforts to keep the Service available; in the unlikely event we discontinue it, we'll give existing buyers reasonable notice and a way to export their data.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, our refund policy is set out separately in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you've read and accept that policy.

7. Your content

The habits and notes you enter into the online tracker remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process them solely to operate the Service for you. We don't claim ownership of, or use your content for, anything beyond running your account.

8. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Service running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or to address security issues, and we may modify or retire features over time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service is a tool to help you track habits; it doesn't provide medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHabits.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MyHabits.io harmless from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, attempt fraud or chargeback abuse, or use the Service in a way that harms others. You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@myhabits.io.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes to the Service or the law. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be notified to active accounts by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyHabits.io is operated. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.
